Candidate Profile:
✓ Relevant Civil Engineering/Construction qualification
✓ Strong construction site management experience
✓ Experience supervising workers and subcontractors
✓ Ability to manage daily site activities and work schedules
✓ Understanding of drawings, specifications and construction procedures
✓ Knowledge of site quality and safety requirements
✓ Ability to coordinate with engineers and project management teams
✓ Ready to relocate to Lithuania
