1. Purpose of Registration
My registration is an expression of interest in exploring overseas employment opportunities. Submission of this form does not constitute job selection, a job offer, an employment contract or confirmation of placement.
2. Role of STIC INFOTECH
STIC INFOTECH provides candidate registration, preliminary profile assessment, skill and employability guidance, documentation support and administrative coordination, as applicable to a particular opportunity. Where legally required, recruitment and other regulated activities must be carried out by appropriately authorized parties.
3. No Guarantee of Employment or Visa
I understand that STIC INFOTECH does not guarantee employment selection, a job offer, work permit, residence permit, visa approval, immigration approval or entry into any destination country. These decisions rest with the relevant employers, authorised agencies and competent authorities.
4. Candidate Information and Documents
I confirm that the information I submit is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I will provide genuine documents, disclose relevant information and promptly communicate any material changes. False information or fraudulent documents may result in rejection and other consequences under applicable law.
5. Job Details and Employment Conditions
Job title, employer, destination country, salary, working hours, accommodation, benefits and other employment conditions will depend on the particular vacancy and the relevant employment documentation. I should review the available details and clarify material discrepancies before proceeding with any payment or commitment.
6. Fees and Refunds
Submitting this form does not, by itself, create an obligation to pay a placement or service fee. Any applicable STIC service charges, third-party expenses, payment milestones and refund conditions must be disclosed separately before I agree to a paid service or make a payment. Refunds will be assessed under the applicable written agreement, disclosed terms and applicable law.
7. Personal Information and Document Sharing
I understand that STIC INFOTECH may use my submitted information to assess my profile, respond to my enquiry and, where appropriate, facilitate consideration for relevant opportunities. Where necessary and subject to the applicable privacy notice and law, relevant information may be shared with prospective employers, appropriately authorized recruitment partners and other relevant service providers involved in the process.

8. No Employment Relationship at Registration
I understand that STIC INFOTECH is not my employer merely because I register on its website. Any eventual employment relationship will be governed by the applicable employment contract and relevant law.
9. Separate Agreement for Specific Opportunities
If I decide to proceed with a particular overseas employment opportunity or paid facilitation service, I may be required to review and accept a separate written agreement, including the applicable job details, service and payment schedule, and refund conditions, before proceeding.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
